Beyond the Sunday morning activities for children and youth, we have a couple annual events for them.
The Saturday before Easter we have our annual Easter egg hunt. Our adults and teens fill and hide hundreds of eggs outside the church. Kids hunt for eggs and then join us inside for the real story of Easter, games, prizes, food, and more.
In the summer, our church rallies together for a week of Daily Vacation Bible School. We invite our church children, as well as children from the community. The evenings include singing, stories, games, crafts, food, and last year a daily skit by our teens. On the final evening, parents are invited to see what their children learned.
